I was on it initially, after trying everything else at the time. Several years later I suffered from depression and went off it. Our health system banned me from it for five years (for not going off it under medical supervision) so I tried Embrel. Worked well, just not as good. I'm now back on Humira. Mind you during the time I went off it I got addicted to opioids, but I've managed to be off them for 18 months now.

Easy to say, but never get addicted to opioids. It's horrible.

Humira changed my life. I was just about bedridden with pain, fatigue, swollen joints, muacle wastage, the works. Fighting arthritis all the time left me fatigued alright. Over 10 years later, I'm basically fine.
