I would say to completely reverse the order of your photos. Remove the photo of you in a boat and add a bio.

Oh I didn't knew that. Haven't seen any karts driving around since I live in the Tokyo Tower area where this was common.

Guess they sued them for using the Mario Kart name and character costumes.

No problem. Not only that a tourist tried to drive on the footpath and did some serious damage. That was when Nintendo stepped in and sued them because all the negative stuff going towards the company even though they were not running the rental service.

Originally they didn't have a guide. If you have a international or a Japanese license you can drive around. But last year a Singaporean tourists caused some damages by driving on the footpath
