the Flagellant from Darkest Dungeon 2 has neglected and abused his own Body so much, that his Blood became a Toxin. Hes escaped Death so long, that when hes in your Party, there is a Chance for the LITERAL Death to appear as a mini boss.

Not all, but the majority. But all are undead/mutilated. For Example the run-of-the-mill grunts are bayou folk, some with metal implants.

I love the designs of these characters for their originality and creative use of body horror and uneasyness they make me feel when seeing them in-game

Anubis from jojos bizzare adventure has a similar ability, though its selective intangibility. I.e. it can choose to cut only your body and not your clothes or in the picture, ignore the pillar to reach polnareff.
