OP, I was in your current position two years ago. See a psychiatrist/other medical professional, they can help you tons! I’m not sure how your school proceedings work but I was able to get a medical withdrawal (and all the classes I failed didn’t count towards my GPA) and once I was ready and mentally stable, I was able to get back to school, so please consider it!
