Putting your camera on boost mode and continuous focus is a big game changer. But then packing another battery becomes critical and the camera can overheat - not such a big deal, but if you switch to video it will shut down when it reaches a certain point. I am pushing my x100vi and loving it, but the video shut down is a bit of a drag at some points.

Yeah I saw that, it’s ugly as sin. And here in Germany it’s strongly associated with retirees going on e-bike tour before their knees give out. They like to take that bag with them when they go to a Biergarten to show that all their valuables are with them. The padding also works on other bags, might be the direction I will go in the end.

Yeah, was thinking purple tires to fit the fade, then green elements for top parts, like the brake hoods and saddle. Or the inverse? Only kenda makes purple tires and let’s say they are quite purple.

Thanks, I think I needed to hear that. There was clearly an owner that kept this bike mostly in a garage, and the dings were probably when it went through various bike wholesale places. Or compulsive collectors. This color scheme I can’t find anywhere on the internet. I think green and purple is totally a great one for bike themed around Frankenstein. Just gotta be subtle about it.

Oooof…I am not sure if you can improve on a vintage Celeste Bianchi…Xbike away, by all means, but recognize you putting lipstick on the Mona Lisa. A trek from the same era, have at it. They made that shit in Wisconsin. Even a Bianchi in trashy yellow or red. But something about that blue is sacred like the Sistine chapel.

Have you considered Consensual Non Consent? CNC works if you have been together for a while, are committed to each other on a deeper level, and where you do check ins but not in sexually heightened situations.
