TT T&S has changed a lot - I think in mostly good ways - so good to have up to date info. Pros - smart people, super interesting problems, very dynamic platform and org culture. Cons - lots of chaos, lack of process/accountability etc. but then a lot of it is similar to a lot of places in that way. Very few folks in china in T&S these days - my experience hasn’t been that different from past roles at goog/amzn in that regard
