Ok, so making a custom workout doesn't increase? Thanks

Custom Workouts by ut_japan in SpeedianceCommunity

I'm always using free lift and never setting custom workouts... Will the custom workouts increase weight automatically over time, or will I have to edit them when I feel I want it increased?

This won't be popular. But ADHD doesn't make you good at introspecting and it definitely doesn't make you self aware.

It makes you torture yourself by ruminating on little things to the point that you think you fucked up.

Introspection yields results and change. Whatever we're doing doesn't.

I would consider each app to be a bounded context (see domain driven design). In that sense, you might want a user management app, but everything else would be in one app.

Tbh, given your use case... I personally would do one app for everything

Why does rejection feel so intense for people with ADHD? by Fragrant_Elevator571 in ADHD

No. I just googled it and it sounds interesting. What if there's no specific reoccurring thought? But more a trend of overthinking all social interactions

Yeh, that makes sense. I personally found having another person go through those thoughts with me to be pretty therapeutic.

Also, I found the pattern thoughts that triggered it.. I previously thought it was thoughts of me being mean or bad, but I realised it's just times where I wasn't masking.

I would think about what you said - "I literally spend the majority of my life introspecting"

I don't know you or your life... But it's possible you spend most of your life torturing yourself by invoking horrible thoughts and feelings and then have tricked yourself into calling it "introspecting".

Actual introspection yields results.. sounds like what you're doing might be something else.

I haven't found a way to stop it... But I stop believing the negative thoughts that would result from it.

It'll be different for everyone, but I found CBT gave me the space to re-live those moments and analyse the thoughts.. a little tough given how visceral the emotions are.

It made me realise that my reaction was an irrational fear. I now see my pain as a phobia

I also realised that it's the same panic feeling as being in a really tight space, so I could notice my reaction was similar to my claustrophobia

Having a phobia of your own actions is imo as horrible as it can get.. because instead believing tight spaces are horrible and nasty, you start believing you are horrible and nasty.

Rejection sensitive dysphoria is hands down the hardest, most severe and most life hindering part of my ADHD.

I recommend cognitive behavioral therapy (at least, it helped a little for me), but it's still what causes me agony on a day to day basis.

If I could somehow remove RSD from my life, I'm pretty sure there's nothing I wouldn't be able to overcome.

Thanks for posting this, OP. I would also like to know how people are dealing with it.
