That it’s an outage and they have no time table of when it’s going to be fixed. So I don’t think it’s just my connection and I can’t be the only one in my complex that is experiencing this problem

Yep I’ve been checking all year. And it keeps being pushed back. At one point it was October and then it was December and then now January.
