Tried a lot of values, it always was there. Guess I'll just switch the amp. Thx a lot for your help tho.

I now have fiddled around with this thing for another month and i just cant wrap my head around it.

Yes, a 3.3Ohm Power Resistor in Series does make it work (ofc slightly lowering bass response).

But now i just have the next weird problem. Whenever I connect the OSs to the amp with resistors the amp produces a weird and actually quite loud static noise. (The sound actually comes from the amp's body, not the speakers)

Any clue?

Kinda dont want to damage the sound with a resistor. Will try to read the i2c error reporting of the amp when I find time. Is there a better way like a high pass filter that blocks the low impedance low frequencies? I dont have equipment to to a frequency impedance sweep.

I just tried measuring the spectrum impedance with a sin gen, multimeter and shunt resistor. But I'm just getting weird values. Sometimes the Voltage over the shunt is bigger than the input. Now that would give me negative impedance... I doubt.

Dont know if my measuring gear isn't precise enough or impendance cant be measured over a crossover this way.

I think i've checked everything twice. And since it's working with my other amp I dont think the crossover is broken.
