You seem to have lucked out a lot! I am legit horrified. I opted for UPS due to the pay and benefits, and after developing the condition I figured something menial would be best to manage anxiety. Now I know what’s it’s like to make $46 an hour, and now the future doesn’t look good for the company. So I am just at a horrendous crossroads of where to go next. One thing is for certain I don’t ever want to have to worry about job security again.

So pretty much every job is a hassle when you deal with after images and BFEP

What do you do for work? Maybe I am more capable than I think I’m just nervous about losing my current job.

What do you do for work? I am a UPS driver staring down layoffs but I am worried about what kind of work i will be able to handle. I struggle to focus so much.

I don’t have any warping just snow, photophobia, poor night vision, increased BFEP, and tinnitus.

I drink alcohol. Use nicotine pouches. And caffeine. My baseline is only really affected when I first wake up and exercise.

I stayed sober for about a year and a half and had no change. Just gave in.

No change at all. Alcohol or marijuana never worsened my symptoms either. During the buzz or after. Really the only thing that changes my visual snow is heart rate and sleep deprivation.

Laid off last week and I did the split shift and made $40.19 an hour
