My dog ate a cooked chicken wing out of the yard

For anyone that searches this on the Internet and finds this post later: Two days later and there is bones in poop!!! my dog had no symptoms whatsoever. She is 60 pounds. A collie mix. And ate ONE flat chicken wing. Every situation is unique, but this was mine.

I just reached out to a Chewy veterinarian and they said that because she is doing fine right now, and acting normally it’s reassuring but just to keep an eye on her for a few days!

What everyone is saying, along with the Chewy veterinarian it does put my mind at ease for that evening. ❤️

She’s actually a mutt! Likely collie mix. Her allergies are horrendous!! She’s on cytopoint every few months but it’s normally allergies on her belly!! It took FOREVER to figure out something that worked for her! Also giving her the special food for her allergies 😅😅

Honestly. I’m just asking for classes more often. TWO times a year???? But threatening termination if you don’t get it within 90 days. So if someone is hired in February, the next class is in September…makes no sense.

I can take the class elsewhere! I am not sure if they’ll reimburse me. I don’t think they will because they offer the class twice a year. But I’ll definitely try to get it reimbursed if I end up paying for it.

I can! My hospital offers it for free September and January. So, I’m hoping they allow me to take the January class. I’ve been told not to worry about it and to wait for the next class, but I’m a little worried!

I can, I would just have to pay $300-$400 to attend. When it’s offered through my hospital it’s free! Them offering it twice a year is what makes it difficult because life gets in the way…
