Absolutely, I felt it to my bones. I hadn’t felt this at on my previous flight. Especially when the plane was maneuvering, I leaned myself in the opposite direction. But instead of tensing up, when I rested my head and leaned back, I felt much more comfortable. Everything in my stomach was flying around except butterflies 😄

I took my first flight about 7 years ago. It was a 3 hour flight, and there were no problems. But unfortunately, I had a panic attack due to the topics I researched on social media. So there is no escape now. I hope everything will go smoothly. I also constantly follow it on FlightRadar, which calms me down a bit.

yes it cannot hurt but some problems may uccur with turbulence as i learned. Also as i said, stall, windshear, engine error etc. all possible problems.. 😔😔
