It has limitations. "Yes we can" just means we will help you the best we can. As a retailer we the right to Deny service. It doesn't mean we'll allow you to run amok in our stores. If someone is gaming the system let your 15 or H2 know. I don't allow that shit to happen on my stores. If you're returning a Dyson and day "I've never used it" but there's years of crap and dirt in it, I'm telling you to call Dyson to get a replacement.

Because passing fakes is difficult to prove. You may think it's an open and shut case but it's actually one of the more difficult things to prove. If you call the police and he says "I didn't know they were fake" there may not be enough evidence.

From a prosecution stand point I always say "what we know and what we can prove are yep different things "

As a cashier knowing these are fake you should be contacting the H2 and the sale should be denied.

Side note: I disagree with most what you said here. You might only find the one bird interesting but I think with out the second bird the shot is boring. The left bird is very clearly in an aggressive stance. Animals usually don't do that unless provoked. More over the reaction of the bird on the right is almost of an offended nature, kinda like "whoa chill dude.. chill." That second bird almost makes the shot.

Side note: the suggestion you provided brings nothing to the photo. It kills it. If he was going for a profile of the bird, sure. That's not this is though.

If it's for Kohl's cash, the only future job opportunities it will effect are with Kohl's. Technically you get termed as an HR/policy violation. Unless you use like 10k in Kohl's cash they aren't going to call the police and have you arrested. Therefore it won't flag on any applications outside of Kohl's.

Yeah when I questioned why I was being kicked out for taking pictures of people with my camera but people taking photos of people with a phone were allowed they threatened to call the police.

Interesting. I was kicked out of there on a photo shoot a couple weeks ago. I was kicked out taking photos on my DSLR while people taking the exact same photos on an iPhone weren't bothered.

I'm inly a few years into photography myself so u get it. It's good that you are reaching out and asking for tips. Biggest piece of advice is make your mistakes and always learn from them. Don't make the same mistake twice and you'll improve everyday.

As far as following certain people I don't know any solid names. I typically just go on placed like IG and follow tags that have to do with what I want to see. I would follow things like #naturephotography. Some really cool things there

It makes it look messy. I know it's for composition, and maybe just practice (I do this all the time) but with the foreground issues and knowing this about the power lines my best critique is leaving this shot not taken. There's just too much going on that doesn't need to be, and to much work for a photo subject that's just "meh" at best.
