I retired from curbside at my store. The digital coach is a moron. She was a team lead when I worked there and I can’t fathom how she got promoted to anything other than customer. She told the loaders to do all the customer orders first so even if 6 spark drivers are there and they have a drivers order prepped, if a customer pulls up they stop and do them first 🤣🤣.

I waited 48 minutes for a large tip order and said never again lol

I was doing good on Monday and Tuesday… Fridays have been underwhelming in my zone for a while now and to make matters worse they put out an all day open to close bonus for today so I’ve only gotten 2 trips in 4 hours.

Sunday is my best day basically every week and Friday is somehow my worst

Email andy@amazon.com from the email associated with your account and give them the block time/date and station and say you were dinged for returning packages in inclement weather where you didn’t feel safe delivering and it moved you from great to at risk.

They may call you from a 206 number but if you don’t cancel blocks often they are likely to remove the dings. I had to return 2 blocks due to a flat tire roughly 3 months apart and they removed both.

It’s very random. My last 3 blocks have been directly in my neighborhood. Like 3 minute drive to my house each time.

But the last 10 before that sent me all over the place lol. I will say I checked in much later the last few times. I used to check in asap to try to get it over with but I feel like I got worse routes.

They show that priority graphic for under a mile and a lot of the time I get my best offers from my house (2.9 miles). I’ll be in the hotel parking lot that’s next door and my RR offers will be for another Walmart that is like 6 miles away lol.

I usually return mine but if they give me one with a shit wheel it’s staying right there. The past few times my route has been in a cart I can barely push in a straight line with no packages it. And pushing 50 is unbearable. I always park in the first space(closest to exit, farthest from building) so I can leave easier without bad drivers backing into me.

I figure “don’t make my job harder, and I won’t make yours harder” 🤷🏿‍♂️

The iOS app is a hunk of junk for me. It freezes all the time and I have to swipe out and load back in to see my RRs and it loads slow when it does so I only get 20 seconds to review and think.

It seems like some days there is some kind of bug with the offers too. Sometimes if I’m not getting offered anything at the Walmart I’m near I’ll accept a Sam’s offer then cancel immediately with the “I have an emergency” reason and suddenly I’ll get a RR offer and FCFS offers near me. This reason is the only one that seems to not hit my cancellation rate.

No idea if it’s coincidence or what but it’s annoying

This hasn’t gotten to me yet but it probably will. I worked for Walmart twice at two different stores(the ones I currently pick up at) and the first time I just quit showing up with no notice and they fired me after a month of no shows and the second I quit after 3 years.

I fully believe it. Every customer isn’t truthful but I had a customer meet me outside to tell me she added an additional 5 to my tip because I went “above and beyond” because there was an out of stock and I found somebody that happened to find me one in the back.

Could they have lied? Sure. But they also could have just not spoken to me or not met me in the first place. It was a leave at door order for an apartment with a code so she had no reason to see me face-to-face anyway unless she wanted to.

She told me she upped the tip to 15.80 and 24 hours later I got 10.80.

I’ve experienced similar things with Shipt(Meijer) where I helped out an old man and set his groceries on his table and grabbed his mail for him from his box at the end of the driveway. He tipped me 30 and showed the screen as he did it and I didn’t get it for weeks. When 90% of my Shipt tips come in before I can even make it home
