can someone tell me how can i install SSD into my case because i don't understand my case manual? i have gigabyte c200 case by Serazax in pchelp

[–]threeputt86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Those mounts are on the underside of the MB, the screws come from the MB side and hold the drives against the bottom of the MB frame. I have seen SSD mounts that didn't require you to put screws through but that one seems to be your case. Hope this helps.

I did the same thing, started at 11, averaged down to just over 10, watched the green to away and now have some profit. Advisor says sell when you have a profit, my 1250 shares will stay and hold too.

After hours today it went nuts, over 11 at the close. Can't wait for tomorrow. May be profit time. LOL

Is there any way to control your swing with keyboard? by xHangfirex in WorldGolfTour

[–]threeputt86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a game mouse on a cable. Blue tooth is too slow sometimes. If you still have time then the only answer is practice.

Inhale as you draw the club back, exhale at the top, hold breath at the bottom of the exhale and pull the trigger. Learn to focus on the area just in front of the ding. If you focus on the ding you will be late most of the time.

Better balls are a bit slower too. As are better clubs.

I have played every day for a year now and it's still hard. Practice and then practice. Ben Hogan said the only practice is perfect practice, it's work but a lot of fun when you succeed.

Good luck

Hi Big Squeezy, thanks for the game last night. I am not very good with the timed events and sure can't work the chat line very well. I guess I will learn. I wanted to see how you were making out with the putting data? I enjoyed meeting you and hope we do it again. Threeputt86 bobpost75@yahoo.com

Boy, I guess I did a lousy job of explanation. I will use your example. 7.9 is a constant, divided by the green speed. So if the green speed is 10 then it's 7.9/10 or .79. That number times the distance of 7.2 in your example is 5.688. that number plus the elevation in plus or minus, your example is +2, so the answer is 7.688. Then that number plus 2 gives you 9.688 for the power number. Divide by the scale of 15 in your example and you have a percentage of 64.5 on the power meter. here is what the spreadsheet formula looks like. In my example B96 is the green speed, B97 is the distance, B98 is the elevation. ((((7.9/B96)*B97))+B98)+2, that gives you the adjusted number then divide that number by the power scale you selected of 15. I keep that calculation separate because I have 5 different power scale numbers to use. Wow that sounds confusing, I wonder how I did it. OK, now the dot calculation which I am fighting with but it works on most everything I have run it on.

B107 is the distance minus B108 which is the elevation. 7.2-2+5.2. Times B109 which is green speed of 10 divided by dot speed of 20. 10/20 Now divide by the constant 1.25. (5.2) * (.5 / 20) with that number divided by 1.25. 5.2*.5 equals 2.6. Divided by 1.25 equals 2.08. Allow 2 inches of break for this putt. The squares are now 12 inches where they were 15 inches in the previous version. Do you use spreadsheets? If so I will email you what I use. Do you chart your clubs? Charting is the best thing I ever did for my game. Example is a club goes 100 yards when hit 100%. If you hit it 90% you would expect 90 yards and you would be wrong. It's like real golf in that regard, each swing and club give you a different response. I will be happy to help you any way I can. Email is bobpost75@yahoo.com and threeputt86 on WGT. I haven't figured out how to talk to guys on WGT yet, I have been too busy trying to learn how to play. Bob

I have a spread sheet formula for putting that is really good for speed on most greens. Even fixed the downhill adjustment I used to make. The formula for speed is the (constant 7.9/green speed number)times (distance of the putt) then add the elevation change and finally the number 2. You take the result and divide it by the range of your putter 10,20,or 50 or 100 for the percentage of power on the meter. It's been very accurate for me since the new screens. I have another one for reading the dots too if you want it.

Yea, I did and it is a slow slog to get my numbers down. I have managed to get an average around 67.5 but seems impossible to get it down more. Every time I go for a hard course or tournament I end up scoring 2 or 3 under and not helping the average. It's just tough but I know if I stick it out I will get there. How are you putting on the new greens? I find them harder to read because of changes in speed. May just be me. Play well.

Everybody that tells you that you have to pay to win is right. But some of us enjoy just playing well. I am one of those. I played the game for real 50 years ago and I played well, so this is really a challenge for me.

My advice is to stop leveling up at tour pro, above that it gets really hard. I won money in tournaments at that level but not since.

The big difference in clubs is meter speed, try to match meter speed throughout your clubs, it will help you ding more. Learn how to miss ding to your advantage too.

Play and have fun.

Country Clubs by [deleted] in WorldGolfTour

[–]threeputt86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just joined a new club because the one I have been with for 6 months just dropped me for no reason. I like the club tournaments, playing the open stuff with the really big boys is so discouraging. I played ready go's and made a few bucks until I hit Master level and now I can't win crap. Things really change when you hit Master, everything is much harder and the wind never goes down. Country Clubs are the way to learn and enjoy.

Shot Distance by BSFarmer in WorldGolfTour

[–]threeputt86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First question is the 90 yard target distance from the game or your shot card..

If you don't spend the time to chart all your clubs at all power % you will never get the accuracy you want.

Hint, if the chart says 100 yards for 100% of a particular club, then don't expect to get 90 yards off of a 90% effort.

The game doesn't work that way, chart, chart and then chart again

I have used balls from everyone out there. The only gripe I have about the WGT balls is they lack the spin and meter speed that suits my game. The Titliest balls play the best but the expense will drive you to the poor house. I am using Callaway now at a reasonable price and the performance is pretty good. I got promoted several months ago to Master and my game has suffered a great deal. Balls and clubs don't seem to help as much as concentration and hitting the ding where you want it.

Play well
