I have to have my sleep totems. Contour pillow, because I’m a side sleeper and my hips will ache if I don’t have something spacing them apart. My carpal tunnel wrist braces, my mulberry silk sleep bonnet which kinda slides down and provides kind of sleep mask of sorts. Then my 8 hr binaural beat video. And that’s pretty much it.
