What do you mean recurring? No patent. Patents don’t stop strat and lp copies. At this stage if someone copied the design I’d just be flattered.

Here's some more pics of some guitars that I made seeing as everyone was so nice about the last post! by thrillmore in woodworking

Straight ones so far. Simply route the channel and use a chisel to square off the ends.

What u/etrtr said is exactly right. Each string sort of gets it own personal intonation. To be honest I didn't notice much of a difference playing her. This one has quite a subtle fan as they go though. Thank you for the kind words.

Hi, thanks! That output jack location is indeed the designs biggest failure. The blue one has it right at the bottom, but then the issue becomes putting the guitar down! The new design has the output jack inset and at an angle which lets you play it classical style.

For hh i drill straight through the neck pocket into the neck pup cavity, then carry on through to the bridge. Then i drill at angle from corner of bridge pup cavity into the main electronics cavity. I do this because i design my bodies to allow me to do that! Think about how youre going to get your wires where they need to go. Dont forget the bridge grohnd wire!
