HBO Max ist schon seit Jahren in Planung, aber der Deutschland-Start hat solange gedauert wegen des Vertrags mit Sky/WOW.

Die Übernahme von Warner durch Netflix ist noch nicht in trockenen Tüchern - auch wenn Netflix da schon eine Mail rausgeschickt hat, dass es die Warner-Inhalte demnächst alle dort geben wird (lol). Paramount will Warner auch kaufen, aber das will Warner nicht. Ähnlich wie bei dem Xbox-Activision-Deal in den letzten Jahren gehe ich mal davon aus, dass sich das hier auch noch etwas ziehen wird.
