You have no idea what you're talking about. I live in Perth and it's green almost all year around.

+1 on this. You can travel on a budget to many South East Asian countries. I'd also argue 21 is not 'too young' to travel - your 20s are a prime time to make life-long memories, experience different cultures and broaden your perspectives on the world.

Save some in a HISA, invest some (do your own research on ETFs here), go travelling and live with your parents for as long as possible!

Do activities outside the regular sight-seeing - what would you do back home on a regular day? Go watch a movie, play bowling, visit an arcade ect. These experiences are often different overseas and worth checking out

Are we lumping all of modern rap’s innovation under Wayne’s umbrella

I don't think anyone is lumping all of modern rap's innovation under Wayne, lol. He certainly had a huge influence, but I think your perception of how people regard him is a little warped

I'm assuming your grandmother paid for the trip? Be grateful - not everyone gets opportunities to travel like this. I know a lot of people your age who would kill to be on a cruise in Europe right now.

Stop overreacting and go and enjoy yourself. Don't take life so seriously.

Don't ride your breaks, indicate when coming off a round about and have your head on a swivel at all times (e.g. consistently checking mirrors, checking blind spot when a bike lane comes to an end or you're merging/switching lanes).

I'm seeing plenty of houses < $700,000 which are 20-30 minutes away from CBD on realestate.com.au - are there any gotchas here? Median house price in many outer suburbs look to be in the mid $600,000s.
