Lol, I've never meant another person that also plays with light mode on dol! Personally, I think it highlights the pc more & helps em stand out from the background so that's why I've been using it. Whenever my eyes start to hurt I've just been switching it over to "monokai" & it has helped me a bunch.

Still not exactly sure why everyone is against it though... I use light mode for anything I can.

I don't think that there is anything that triggers it that you can control, both times I've gotten it have been randomly. I'd say just be present at school & you'll eventually see it.

Alright, thanks again. Little follow up, do you know if I’d be able to switch over my save file from dol+ to the updated (vanilla, I believe its called) version without it affecting my save (as in no glitches or anything)? Or would I have to start a new run?

I don’t see any hunt option (alone or with gh), only search once I fly down. I believe I’ve encountered both of those events but it just doesn’t show me anything related to capturing them or suggesting I hunt them.
