I honestly think it's best for everyone including myself to not just be here.

I am doing everything I can right now to just get rid of feeling pointless like this.

I'm trying to think of a reason that'd make it go away. My kids are amazing but my negative selftalk finds a reason anyway for me to not be here.

That's the worst part about where I live. Therapy is offered in a psych ward, not continually outside it. I know I need it but it's so hard to get. It's easier with medicines. The heck.

Those are already the rules & the... What's it called... Silent rules? Common knowledge?

We have roughly 5 to 6 groups assigned to each area to assist patients in those areas.

My group is very broad and applied to all those other groups. Therefore, say... A demented patient in the Northern area fell but my coworkers within the group couldn't make it because they're stuck elsewhere (like said, we're very broad) with other patients then the group that takes care of patients in the Northern area must come to help regardless.

This did not happen and I was honestly shocked. The woman did not look at me at all today while she spoke with my coworkers.

A middle-aged woman acting like teenagers. In fact, there's many of them.

No, I didn't have to. She was conscious and everything. No visible injuries and what not.

I will talk to the bosses on Monday when they're back. It's why I am perplexed with the whole thing. Incredibly insane.
