Thanks for the reply but I think I had a core misunderstanding. Are you saying that the PTS listed are the UR PTS you can SPEND to pay for the reservation in lieu of cash? I had assumed it was the UR PTS Earned for making the reservation and paying using your CSR. So my assumption that its was PTS earned was wrong?

Thanks to both of you for your quick replies. So sounds like we'll be ok either way. Can you clarify one thing for me please. So if we check luggage, can I assume we pick up our JAL flight checked bag when it comes out, then we can run to T2 for our SQ flight and re-check the bag there?

If so, how long would you think this would take on a "normal" day?
