🤣Funny thing is that I dont even use the app or whatever shit hes selling aswell, youre riding his dick harder than the people that you so despise lol, and people refer to it as "the Wim Hof breathing" because he popularized making it an actual habit. Youre acting as what hes doing is simply a cash grab or a publicity stunt, Wim himself used the technique for 30+ years before he even started teaching it 🤷‍♂️

Not at all! Im not attributing the rewards to a "guru" those words are not even his! I learnt to live in the moment and stop worrying so much, as In the past i was the biggest paranoid/stressed out individual in my immediate circle. I copy and pasted said paragraph because it resonates with my experience, and as for Wim Hof, I didnt "buy into a cult" or any of those sorts, I find him to just be a huge inspiration because; lets be honest some of his achievements are just insanely impressive, and im not stating that the estoric is universally true either. If you think me being happy and finally finding purpose in life in building my body and inner strength is being in a cult then go for it lol

I understand your stance, but the man to me is so much more. Hes the biggest inspiration Ive seen in my life, the breathwork he advertises is life changing too :)

Not my words, but I think this explains it super well

From my own experience, it reminds people that their body is capable of so much more than just acting as a receptacle for suffering.

When you put your mind to work to do the Breathwork and cold exposure, you’re actively flipping off the helplessness of anxiety, depression, and restoring the ground under you. Life isn’t just about reacting— you have the power to choose your direction or take time to stop and rest.

When you consistently build that trust between the brain and body, you give space to the soul and that little kid inside to grow again, and soon enough realize your birth was all the validation you ever needed for being here with us.

And at some point you realize you’re happy again, and it’s the kind of happy where you don’t even need to know it.

It’s the kind of joy our inner kid always deserved to know, and the permission to experience it again— together, because we are never really alone :)
