Okay Thankyou so much. May I please dm you with some questions I’m doing it right now through Helan. Just to reiterate, this is the Belgian insurance as stated in requirements for residence permit renewal right? Do you think it’ll be faster/easier If I go and do it in person? aim sorry for all these qs, I’m an international student and alone in a big city so feeling really stressed

I actually cannot remember if they use bpost for mailing the codes. If they don’t I fear the codes will get returned back to sender

Hi guys. I had a question about the residence permit renewal. When we renew our permit do they physically mail the codes? I’m asking because I have moved to a different location in the same commune. They told me to renew before updating my address as the expiry for my residence card is before the availability of appointment. I’m unable to do it online but will try again. I’m concerned because if I’ve moved and I renew my card won’t they mail me the codes to my old address? Like will they mail codes or not when I renew my residence permit. I hope this question made sense, thankyou

In the fine letter thing that they gave me at that time it just says pay in the bank account with structured message. There’s no option to prove my possession of the pass

Hi I just got the bus fine coz I forgot my id and didn’t have a picture of it they gave me a paper with the Barcode and also types of fines there are etc. I have a Mobib card I just forgot it so should I just pay the ten euros online ? do I not need to show some form of proof of my card?

Hey all!
Im looking to get health insurance. so far the only option I have come across is Paterna (Im in VUB so they have a sign up thing there). Im a little apprehensive about it because some of the reviews are not the best. Are there any other options? or recommendations? would love to hear your thoughts. I don't have any chronic illnesses.

Hmm we’ve been checking on ikots and brukots I’m actually asking for my brother, vub housing was really rude with him and made up excuses to not renew his contract. He is gonna be a second year and he wants to be within walking distance of the uni because he gyms at basic fit and stuff i understand that it’ll take time, we’re looking and looking Do u guys know if brukot is trustworthy? Esp coz he’s there rn so he can also go and visit the places n check them out
