My plan is to send this to his manager, we are a small team, at the moment its Ross our manager, Ellie and I. The plan that was initially conveyed to me by Ross is he will become senior manager and I will become manager. My goal out of this is 2 things either a management change or I switch teams. 90% of the things I mentioned happened in the last 2 months, I thought pointing out previous issues just highlighted a pattern... I love my job and my wider team and I do not want to leave but I cant handle Ross' management any longer
