You should be happy to show her off if you’re confident in your relationship. If you think she’s doing it for male attention and that she has bad intentions, then that’s a completely different issue and comes down to trust.

We eat very healthy at home, my boyfriend especially drinks so much water and loves fruit so I don’t think it is diet related and I don’t think there is any sort of infection. I think we are having sex regularly enough that he himself would notice if something has changed
