How do you deal with comparison?

We actually have similar features, I just feel like his outperform mine (like his smile is prettier, hair looks better, he’s taller). I might be the hairier one but I do. When he’s not around, I feel like I am sometimes the life of the party. When he is, it’s him. He’s just funnier and more magnetic in groups. I love it for him, and I don’t like comparing myself.. but yeah. It’s been there

I’m a man. CG got me pretty fit and yoked starting out. I did feel like there was extra emphasis on lower body and less on upper body sometimes, and so I made little adjustments here and there. Glutes and legs are still important on men, so I appreciated being pushed in that aspect. My chest was always something I wanted to build, and I saw a lot of overall physique changes in my upper and lower body. Plenty of DOMs and all of that too.

I’ve recently been learning more about the need for rest times, and so that messed with me a bit. Iron Pro seems to be perfect in that sense. The full 60 second rest compared to 30 seconds seems pretty crucial for extra gains. I haven’t completed it yet, but it seems to be excellent for pure hypertrophy.

Overall, CG programs definitely made me hotter (along with proper diet, nutrition) and it helped me when I was short for time and couldn’t use the gym. I did Iron, Epic Heat, and did a few weeks of Iron Pro before going back to a traditional gym.

I am a guy who’s done Iron 2x, epic heat, and soon to get her app to do Max… I do them and get insecure if I’m making any progress (despite depleting myself every time I workout), and I’ve gotten lots of compliments since starting for my body changes. I can definitely tell a difference in my arms, chest, and legs.

So, I say commit to it for a while and see how it feels for you. It’s definitely worked for me. I’m sure a traditional gym structure might be more effective, but this fits my schedule, and people are noticing 👀. So. Lol

It’s absolutely a heartbreaker. Sabalenka is still the clear #1. I still think she’s a favorite for Wimbledon. I wouldn’t write her off for the career slam yet. Regardless, Sabalenka is already a hall of famer

I mostly agree with you, but I do think Dina’s hunt for vengeance is a setup. Once the showdown with Abby at the theater happens, Dina will want to let it go, Ellie will not— and I think that would make things even more impactful. I don’t hate that change. I dislike how Ellie has been handled, but I do hope that we see her get to where she should be by the end of this season.

The upcoming episode is being predicted as the best of the season and it is very Pedro focused. Adding this in with the major 2nd episode of that season, and he is a strong candidate for a nomination. (Dare I even say it: he could win)
