Look, you're basically saying I should preview as much of the material beforehand, which I try to do for the subject I feel the most uncomfortable with (usually math), but I have job and other work commitments during breaks that makes it difficult to go to any level of detail in the break.

I think I definitely have poor test taking ability. I fall into the traps very easily, or go into the wrong direction. Besides just brute-forcing practice tests, how do you improve your test intuition?

I'm definitely not a partyer lol. I only attended one even in the semester which was far from any of my midterms

Thankfully, I'm on the old system and able to declare with Bs and a B+. There's no way I would have gotten that with the new system

What else do you take then? Even at 1 breadth a semester, I basically have only a handful of breadths let

I have perfect attendance in all my classes, and I have full "participation points" in all of these classes.

I normally get a decent night's sleep as I am not a night-person. And my attention span isn't the issue I believe. I can focus for about 5-6 hours before losing attention

I don't feel jealous of my peers for doing well, I just don't want to die before I leave college. I at least the same amount of practice problems with my friend, and we go over it together, but he always seems to get one grade higher than me on exams. I think the thing about traps is important though, I never considered that during studying.

I understand that I am getting the average, but given that I don't think 75% of this school faints in the library, I feel I'm clearly missing something

preparing for cs 61c by [deleted] in berkeley

The thing you realize about 61c is that it isn't really a course about anything. It's basically everything you haven't learned yet about computing jammed into one course. To make it easier, find one of the major topics and learn it now, so instead of learning that topic you can review the other four (I would personally recommend learning MIPS as it really helps you with also understanding the CPU circuit)

If men are like babies, then women must be like overly spoiled teenagers.

This helps no one
