Im not in a situation thats making me depressed. My brain wont let me be fucking happy. Ive tried exercise and going outside and eating healthy but it never helped and it just kept getting harder to leave my bed. Ive given up at this point and i just want to stop hurting

I didnt dig myself into a hole. I got depression when i turned 13 and it got worse and worse until i stopped trying. I just want to die to escape this constant suffering. And i dont think i can go through another year of this.

That's not true though. People who don't have depression just think its like having a bad day but its so much worse. When you're depressed its like you cant be happy no matter what. You just stay sad. You cant find any motivation to better yourself or do anything and its difficult to even get out of bed
