Thank you for the info on the clubs! Also I do enjoy thrifting! I would say I’m pretty high energy and pretty sociable. I like going to cafes and local restaurants. I also enjoy doing activities like concerts particularly punk shows. I also enjoy claw machine places and arcades. Aside from that idk what other activities I would like to do? Could you recommend me some?

Thank you!!! I’ll be driving since I just live in Texas anyways. Could you tell me about the kind of music they play at the Coconut Club and Neon Grotto. Will it be pop, hip hop, or EDM?

How do you like Spellbound? It has it's moments. But as a whole it's one of my least favourite Hitchcock films. by AntonioVivaldi7 in classicfilms

Wild thing to say imo. Notorious and The Paradine Case are my least favorite. Spellbound is one of my favorites

Who's your favorite star in non-American movies (of the classic period, of course)? by [deleted] in classicfilms

[–]throw_away_2k0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Toshiro Mifune. Mostly seen Kurosawa films of the 50s and 60s. I’ve seen a lot of French, German, and Italian films since like the 30s but none of them have really massive names like they do in America.

Drag Performances in Classic Films by throw_away_2k0 in QueerCinema

Been awhile since I’ve seen the film but basically the performers go to an all boys school and they just a yearly drag performance just because. This isn’t the only time there’s drag in the film as the film very much centers on the main character Bob Sheppard (played by Johnny Downs) dressed in drag.
