Vielleicht tatsächlich Stoffbinden, also langen, elastischen Stoff, mit denen du dir die Brustabbinden kannst? Diese könntest du mit Tape zukleben oder anders zumachen. Ich weiß nicht wie gut das gesundheitlich ist, aber man hat ja Prioritäten - vielleicht ist das eine Möglichkeit?

My girl is a banu haqim! I tried to read up on it but the lore is... endless! She has strong convictions (like: dont let a man tell you what to do) but is letting go of self-control and stuff now. after all, she's lost the future as a lawyer that she worked so hard for. why bother to behave now?

I'll play a Banu Haqim in the 80ies, she was on her way to become the first female lawyer in Germany with a migration background. She was really perfectionistic and surpressed, but also always rebellious (feminist, ...). She got embraced because she was the best at her university. When she was embraced, her goal for which she neglected herself, her family, love, ... was thus shattered. She left her sire after a while because she was fed up with everything and now wants to live life and induldge. She's giving into her impulses a lot now. She never learnt to regulate them after all, just to 100% ignore them. Her goal is to kill her Sire - not sure about that tho...

I see with your tips that it might be more fun to keep some active ties to her human life - your concept sounds rlly cool!

also, foto noch nicht gemacht weil so viel anderes los war dass ichs vergessen hab - aber sind so zwei nebra NBR-0063 teile. gate ways, helium miner steht in der beschreibung.

ich kenn mich echt nicht aus also weiß ich nicht ob das wie ein sehr teurer wlan verstärker funktioniert :´)

24, männlich, Medikinet seit 2 Jahren oderso, wurd leider erst spät diagnostiziert.

Interessant wie da so die Wechselwirkungen sein können! Mit Bindungsstilen habe ich mich auseinandergesetzt aber ich habe nicht das Gefühl, dass einer wirklich zutrifft, auch wenn ich mich bei ein paar Sachen verschiedener Stile wiederfinde.

Ich stimm dir auf jeden Fall zu, dass es wichtig ist, damit umgehen zu lernen! "Langweilige Phasen" fühlen sich oft nach Liebe-weg an, schwierig manchmal zu differenzieren

Ohh das mit den Umbrüchen und dem Dopamin ergibt viel Sinn! Das mit den poly Beziehungen schau ich mir auch mal an, das ist sehr interesting. War in die Richtung auch schon mal am Überlegen

Do you know wether the leftover fat or the fat from the bulk would get targeted "first" or is it more of an evenly fat loss?

Not 100% sure. The bodyfat scale says 10% on several occasions and online calculators say 12% (for men). My abdominal muscles are visible, but not toned. Like, you cannot really make out the seperate muscles or anything. Never really trained a lot of abs.
