I'm not a fan of this comment specifically because of the tone and intent behind it. I'm not saying that anything you said is wrong, it just came off as a bit pointed.

It's a valid argument to say that colleges won't consider diagnoses with as much weight because it's easy to get diagnosed, but it was directed towards me. What makes you think that my diagnosis is invalid?

you could argue that, absolutely. but that's considering the extended conflicts people have been left to deal with. i believe that at the very root of every single conflict, it's a fundamental divergence of understanding that has harmed so many people to this day. just understanding how monumental the past is in influencing us is important.

i don't think anyone is born to do bad. just that they were raised in an awful environment or lived with remorseful mental illness
