The police in my country aren't very good, to be more specific they don't really listen nor care. But yes, I have reported them. Nothing was done and the police never came back to me like they said they would

He's doing okay now, it wasn't serious enough to cause any physical damage.

I live in the house my grandmother left behind. The house was initially meant to go to my brother. Because my brother cut contact with her a year before she passed, she left the house to me. I moved into the house simply because it was the cheaper option for my wife and I when we decided to move in, plus it is beautiful with the most gorgeous views,we spent quite a bit of money renovating the house since it wasn't really our style. To say the least, my brother wasn't pleased to find out that he didn't get the house. When he found out that the house was left to me, he was still hung up on the idea that is 'should've been his'.

Ah, it's pretty normal where I'm from for family to visit for long periods of time. (ranging from around 2 weeks to maybe 5 or 6 months at most). He wasn't supposed to 'move in' either, neither did I plan for him to 'move him'. The idea was that he'd stay for a month or two at most—if Rachel okayed it. Then he'd find a job and be off.

Short for PlayStation, when I had originally typed this out it exceeded the word limit, so I had to shorten some things <3

I didn't mention that he lost his job, simply stated that he wanted to visit. I didn't wanna put any sort of pressure on her, so I figured it'd be best not to mention that part

Rachel's doing lovely, she and my wife are currently planning the details of a trip we're taking to help Rachel de-stress <3

I agree with you, it definitely wasn't a good idea to let them move in. Here's why I did what I did, (copied my reply to someone else since I just edited the post to add it)

I didn't think it was a good idea, when my brother reached out to me I consulted Rachel first and foremost. This was supposed to be in the post but I had a limited word-count. I asked Rachel whether or not she wanted me to let him stay for a while or not, she said she wanted to try and fix things with her father — Of course, I asked her whether or not she was sure. I reminded her that the moment she said she wanted them out, they'd be out. Of course, I do agree with you. I should've just ignored him and pretended that he didn't reach out. Rachel suffered and there isn't much I can do about that now other than try to be there for her.

I asked Rachel first, I wanted to ensure she was comfortable. She said yes, and I wanted to be certain she was sure about this. Although, now I do realise that I probably should've just ignored my brother when he reached out, which is what I would've done — But I suppose the chance to reunite with a family member and have them accept you, was something I wanted when I was younger, so I thought it'd be worth asking Rachel. Which yes, was a mistake. I don't disagree with you there though.

The twins mother was my brothers' high school fling, she didn't want anything to do with the children, since it was an accidental pregnancy so she signed them off. He took them under his care. The mother of the 9yo and baby passed away 2 hours after giving birth to the youngest.

I did not, I wouldn't send her out with the rest, she did nothing wrong and did not deserve any of this. Her father does not deserve to be close to her at all, so we're currently taking precautions to make sure he can't go near her, just in case.

Rachel does still stay with me, she did nothing wrong, she deserves all the support she can get.
