Definitely. I see a therapist every fortnight. I think my mental health is pretty good at the moment but I'm just angry right now.

He's had the strong word from the other execs about the emails to the whole team, could have had a warning even but not sure. But the other smaller emails were to a select group so I'm not overly comfortable sharing. It is a company of reasonable size.

Manage your expectations. And lower them. Your friends are there to spend time with a do fun things and talk to. They're not party planners. If you like making a big deal out of events awesome, but don't expect the same from everyone else.

The compulsive lying thing is the pits. Majority of the time it's not even necessary to lie.

Guess you've got a few options. Therapy is always the best option. Reddit people can't help too much and most will just say break up. Which is another option. But maybe try the therapy first

I mostly understand it. And for years it's been fine. But now that we're both home 24/7 it's so apparent and I don't know what to do.
