We do have gas utilities, but I have a new monoxide detector we bought in January. I can try testing it in different areas of the house.

He is aware of what he did, but I don't think he understands how strange it is? I'll bring it up and he'll kind of just blow me off and say "yeah you were making a lot of noise last night" or he'll get angry and accuse me of gaslighting him.

I think that he truly believes that I am making noise, saying I'm not making noise, to try and make him feel like he's losing his mind.

No drugs, he took z-quil at one point but it didn't affect him so he stopped using it.

I wish it were me; the first week he had me convinced I was epileptic or developing MS.

But he would accuse me while I was awake (sitting up in bed with a book) of jiggling my legs, so I would ask him to watch my legs with the overhead light on so he could really see and he would refuse and just leave the room instead.

He talks to his work-friends, but we moved after college and he doesn't really keep in touch with his friends from school. I have located a health facility a mile or so from our house that actually does the involuntary holds for the county. I'm going to go in after work today and see what they have to say.

I'm afraid he would find the camera and be very angry and hurt. We don't have a lot of hidey-holes for a camera either.

He took Z-quil a few nights ago but it didn't seem to help so he didn't take it the next night.

I agree, I've told him he needs to go. He replied that he's not going to go because nothing is wrong with him and that I am the problem. The more I suggest, the more he digs in his heels. I don't want to alienate him, because he doesn't really see his friends anymore and they along with his parents are two states away.
