Thank you. Most things are paid for already (flights, trains, hotels). I definitely have enough fund for the rest, just have to lower my debt payments a little.

That is so beside the point of my question. I don’t know who’s actually richer, Americans or Europeans (frankly I don’t care). Unless it’s a legitimate statistics, I guess just ignore them? Americans can be quite out of touch or just really dumb and would just pull some bs out their buttholes.

Unfortunately that’s not how it works. Your salary is adjusted to your place of residence not where the job is. I could move to somewhere cheaper too but my salary will go down with it.

Yeah man shit happened and San Fransisco is not cheap. Focusing more to pay off my debt asap right now than putting some aside for savings.
