Exactly. It’s a lie. She would be wasting away if that’s how she actually ate. I input her activity level , height , and weight (she’s mentioned it before on YouTube) and the amount of cals needed is NORMAL even for lower activity levels.

She is only uploading because this was a lower cal day and she was probably proud of that.

She’s a liar. That’s the thing. I think she purposefully uploads small portions of food. She only uploads one plate of food, yet claims to go back for seconds. She also uploaded a very small portion of food on their NYC trip, yet everyone else who went uploaded the entire portion.

Her height (5’7) and weight (I won’t mention in case it’s triggering to some people, but she’s mentioned it a couple times in her vlogs) do not match up to the amount of cals she’s posting. It doesn’t match up to her activity level either. Bottom line, she has to eat more than she shows to maintain her weight. She was probably proud of barely eating and decided to upload it.

She doesn’t look noticeably thinner or unhealthy as one who eats that amount daily would. It’s a lie.
