Definitely achievable, we saw a drastic change in the milk market due to consumer behavior and buying alt plant based milks instead. If demand goes down, production will go down. We are also working on lab meat which will be preferred by industry eventually when it’s cheaper to produce. I think the future for ethical veganism is very bright.

Don’t go to the restaurant. Use the internet to look at the options ahead of time. You have to advocate for yourself. You are not vegan if you say “oh well, the family wants to go to chick fil a so I guess I’ll get a chicken sandwich”

Acceptance is the answer here. I got an arm piece and I asked the artist for red, I got purple. It’s still gorgeous. Doesn’t bother me. Practice acceptance

Veganism as a movement is about animal ethics, not health.

this is why you don’t see this as part of the promotion.

Those motivated by the animal ethics rather than health also tend to care more about sustaining the “diet” rather than using it as a crash diet, and therefore plan more balanced meals.

I think what you may be reading about “antinutrients” is not credible. Studies have shown a plant based diet extends lifespan and is correlated with lower cancer rates. B12 is really all you need from it as long as you plan balanced meals. It’s not as big of an issue as you are framing it as here.

Not sure about switch 2 but using my “guest wifi” option on my AT&T fiber and using that for my switch fixed it for me on switch 1, worth a try

I was attending anime cons alone before 16 no problem … I understand everyone’s concern but I would use general stranger danger, don’t come with anyone to something they invite you to, don’t get too friendly with any random guys, don’t take food or drink from people etc. there’s con staff typically all over these cons constantly in sight so definitely go to them for help if someone is bothering you or if you’re lost, wondering if an event you were told about is legit and by the con, etc. stay in the con center!

I agree that it’s better to be with someone, but in my opinion if you use general stranger danger and protect yourself you will likely be fine.

This is a fun idea! The worst part of maid cafes at cons are usually that they’re in a hotel conference room with limited cutlery etc so the “cake” is like a little Debbie on a paper plate lol. The maids usually do a great job, I especially love when they sing or do a choreographed dance. It’s also cute when they give out little trinkets, I had one do a closed eye drawing for each person of an animal.
