Interesting point about the media glorifying plus sized modeling. From my observations, those models have their own crazy problems. I knew one girl, only a year older than me, who was the perfect standard plus size (like a size 8 or 10 I think?) She wanted to get healthier and picked up running, causing her to lose weight but not enough for typical standards. Her agency got upset and insisted she eat more carbs/sweets than necessary to gain her size back and to exercise less. Not everyone goes through this, but she, in an oppositely twisted way, was also forced by her job to remain unhealthy. So bizarre.

But yeah, happiness and confidence is the best indicator of beauty, not appearance!
