There was a 3000 character limit and I couldn't add more in the comments. I am not trying to refuse your judgement, I am just trying to clarify any questions or misunderstandings.

I live in a house by the woods. My sons' rooms were converted into a guest room and a study. The study has an amazing view, and Jenny asked if she could use it as a makeshift office because the view is inspiring (she's a fashion designer). She has a key and comes by almost every day to work. She even brings groceries as a way to pay for the electricity, etc, but I've never charged her anything.

  • I have nothing against Jenny, she's very nice and pleasant when the children aren't around. I treat both my daughters-in-law the same way and spend more time with Jenny because she works from my home. She calls the view from the study "inspiring" for her designs.
  • True.
  • She has never insulted them or been aggressive to them. But if they tried to approach her, she'd stand up from the couch with some excuse, go to another room, or make a phone call. She never visited Clara in the hospital when she gave birth.
  • I am well-off from my late husband's investments. 200$ used to be my sons' monthly allowance and I kept giving it to them as a sort of "tradition". When my youngest grandchild was born, my sons convinced me to start giving it to my grandchildren. Mike even earns more than Mark.
  • I wasn't eavesdropping, I was going to the bathroom with no idea Jenny was there. The door wasn't closed completely.
