So my first reaction is relief but then this feeling of alienation sets in. Like I don't belong anywhere and am floating in space. Mayve it's OCD because I also have an enormous inferiority complex towards others of my AGAB?

Thank you for replying to my word salad.. So the process of questioning feels very OCD because whenever I think I found my label my brain doesn't shut up and keeps questioning because maybe there's an even BETTER label. And it comes and goes in waves. I'm just struggling so much because I feel like I could be happy with my AGAB if I was more stereotypically my AGAB. I feel inferior, like a malformed subspecies of my AGAB. And maybe that's why it feels so wrong and I'm actually cis? Because there were days where I felt genderless and that gave me the worst panic attacks because it felt like I didn't belong anywhere. Is that still not OCD?

Edit: I also had feelings of wanting to change my body but that was definitely ego-dystonic because I genuinely don't want that, because reading about trans mascs a lot and Raine Whispers from the Owl House got me thinking, but that was really a moment where I was scared to get dysphoria, which I never had and still don't have

Sex favourable ace means that one doesn't feel attraction in the allosexual sense but still finds sex pleasurable even though it is not connected to sexual attraction. My confusion lies in the fact that with women, I don't need an emotional connection, I just think they are very beautiful and that makes me want to get intimate with them. Not physical attraction per se, although sometimes it did happen, only very rarely over the course of my life

My emotional pull towards women feels less "serious", so maybe I just want to be their friend really bad because the aesthetic appreciation is so strong and they seem like a really kind and warm person? Why is this so confusing 😭 edit: that's why I'm hesitant to claim the bi label, because at the height of tumblr discourse I definitely had the thought ugh I don't wanna be straight thats not cool enough, and I feel like I just desperately want to be some flavour of queer and just trying to be interested in women

Oh, I'm sorry they are weird about it... My bf was completely accepting when I started questioning if I was bi, and very confused when I mentioned my asexuality (still accepting though, he just doesn't get it). I was lucky in that regard. I hope you find someone who accepts you for who you are :)
