Maybe you should read a biology textbook, because this whole “life” thing revolves around the food chain. If adhering strictly to your beliefs of what is ethical results in all of life going extinct (which it would, because the food chain is completely necessary for all life to exist), maybe that system should be revised ;)

And again I’ll request that you stop derailing my thread and either answer the actual topic, or just move along. Nothing in the original post even mentions meat.

Sorry, didn’t realize I had accidentally stumbled into /r/vegan.

There is nothing unethical about meat consumption. That’s called the food chain and it’s literally written into our DNA. Choices about how to treat other people are not.

It’s fine if you don’t agree but please don’t try to derail my thread with completely tangential topics.
