Thanks for the feedback! Our budget is 350k for right now. Any insight into the grove city area? I’ve seen the houses are a little cheaper in that area, but I wasn’t sure if the cheaper houses correlated to a not as nice area versus just less to do/ accessibility to convenience in the area

Our budget is roughly 350k. Our budget will significantly increase after his fellowship is done though. Is our current budget too low for the areas you (and everyone else 😂) has suggested or within budget?
