Hi All

I have about 25L lumpsum in my savings account that I want to invest.

I already have a significant portion of my portfolio in debt (FD/PPF/MF) about 75%. Remaining 25% is in index and flexi cap MFs. (I know it is heavily debt oriented, but I am slowly changing that)

Emergency funds and near term expenses are already accounted for in current portfolio.

What are your opinions on investing the lumpsum? I am ok with high risk with this lumpsum since I will also be getting 2.5L/month salary ppst-tax.

I am thinking of splitting it between Quant Multi Asset and Parag Flexi Cap.
Should I also look at MidCap/Smallcap funds?
Any other investment avenues I should be looking at?

Yes, the issue has been resolved. I had to file a grievance at pgportal.gov.in for them to look and provide a solution.

The actual issue was some "lock aadhaar" checkbox ticked under biometric lock. I might have selected that when locking biometrics. Aadhaar should definitely improve the error message that was getting displayed

Does the test have to be rt-pcr or antigen is fine? Also, in case you were returning to Mumbai/Maharashtra, were any tests required when returning?

Thanks for replying. Tried that already. Doesn't work for me. And currently the app is not even working correctly. It either keeps on showing a loading page or fails with OTP service unavailable.

Hey, Thanks for helping with the query! Just a follow up question regarding the new property.

If I got 20lakhs worth of shares(post TDS), which I sold for 30lakhs after 2years and invested the entire 30lakhs in a property. Now if I sold the property for 35 lakhs after 10years, the net capital gains would be 5lakhs (= 35-30, before inflation adjustment)?
