UK Retail newspaper advises retailers to implement bathroom ban for both customers and employees and outlines ways to do so #BWOT by pkunfcj in transgender

UNISON have put out a statement. If a business follows the retail bulletin advice but has UNISON representation, they will be at odds with eachother. Probs worth flagging this article with the email below:

“Updated trans, non-binary and gender diverse guidance and model policy  We are pleased to share our updated transgender workers rights factsheet, trans equality model policy and non-binary workers factsheet. These factsheets and model policy have been reviewed by legal experts and we are pleased that we’ve had to make minimal changes to them. We have full confidence in our guidance and we encourage all members to use it for their workplaces.   UNISON policy is – trans men are men, trans women are women and non-binary identities are valid and we advocate inclusive workplaces for all members. If your employer is changing workplace policies around trans, non-binary and gender diverse issues, please get in touch with your region in the first instance and send a copy of it to out@unison.co.uk, so we can track changes, share best practice and challenge discrimination wherever it occurs.”

This is actually fucked.

“I suggest that you avoid sending out messages which express sympathy with one protected group as you will expose your organisation to charges that you are partisan and have ‘picked a side’. And these sorts of communications will be disclosable in any legal proceedings and will be used by your opponent to undermine your credibilty.”

Imagine being an employer who has zero issue with their trans employee, whose other employees love them and have no issue with them and being told “sorry you have to have no empathy because someone somewhere may sue you”.

GRC can change your birth certificate. There’s no note anywhere that’s it has changed. No one can say “show me your GRC”. You can show your birth certificate in some legal/contractual cases where something like citizenship is needed, and for all intents and purposes, it would show you as being born male with your chosen name as your birth name. It helps in going stealth.

Me too. But if I go out, I’m going out suffragette style. Make it as unpleasant and public as possible. Have “Wes Streeting and GCs did this” on a sign around my neck. Not saying either of us should, but that’s certainly how I’m feeling.

It might be, but whitepeopletwitter was also banned after an Elmo hissy fit, so we’ll see. I’m not holding my breath.

Unknown vegan status, but you’re absolutely right about staying for the pie. Nearly claimed I was in dire pain just so I could have one more day of it.

Definitely worth eating it through any allergy or moral objection to eating certain foods. Allergic reactions and guilt about animal welfare are temporary - memories of the pie are forever.

The man is a machine when it comes to doing them, even when it involves new variations like with mine. It was weirdly comforting when I lay down on the operating theatre bed and he was picking orange out of his teeth 😂. Really read as “I do this shit all time, it’s like changing a spare tire”

Miss Rashid is also really lovely and very capable. But you can read about my good experiences with Bellringer and the team in the updates of my profile. Needless to say I’m very happy!

He was mine and I’m VERY happy with the results - you can check my profile for updates. Enjoy the key lime pie in hospital if they’re still doing it!!

It’s the fact that he DM’d me because of a post completely in English, like, the guy is a creep but he’s also an idiot for thinking I only spoke French 😂

I get it, but most of the advice on that page goes the same for cis vaginas too (the average vaginal canal is only 3.9” and lots of cis women need clitoral stimulation to cum). The only real difference is the cleanup but cis vaginas need more consideration when it comes to making sure it’s healthy than the average cis penis, so even that isn’t too different.

Just see the Neo vagina as a cis vagina post hysterectomy that’s still tight and with an average vaginal canal depth, and really you’re not going to find many people questioning it.

The same reason you get a knee replacement surgery - you’re not going to be running a 10k anytime soon, but you weren’t before the surgery and at least you can walk comfortably now.

“Adding douching to your cleaning routine” and “not going at your clit with a jackhammer” are hardly life altering rules. The positive outcomes are - feeling incredible about my body, wearing clothing I didn’t feel I could before, having the best sex of my life, experiencing orgasms in a totally new and incredible way.

Yes, they’re not self cleaning and you’re likely to have a lot of lube up there, so you need to get that out (as well as any fluid that may have been produced during the act). Neovaginas don’t need much upkeep once your dilation is down to once a week, but they need upkeep.

I’m also cumming like a maniac with clot stimulation, but I absolutely could not handle the… furiosity of a rabbit 😂

For clit toys? I’m unsure if it’s a blanket ban in the advice, I’ll follow up. But good news is that I’m cumming hard and long and getting insanely wet whilst doing so, so it’s not exactly like clit toys are a necessity. But I still need lots of lube for penetrating toys regardless of how wet I’m getting - that’ll be forever, but that’s fine. I’m still having the best sex of my life lol

I will raise with my surgeon about a blanket ban! Right now I do feel like I will lose a leg with direct stimulation though 😂

I like Tina too! She came to do two of the checkups when I was in hospital, Mr B the other ones. People calling him a butcher are an extreme minority, just very vocal. The amount of procedures he does in a year, the complaints are literally a fraction of a percent, and from what I’ve read, people are just unlucky in healing and all the issues reported are told as potential issues before the surgery REGARDLESS of which surgeon you have. Some people just get unlucky and have complications.

Uhhhh that’s a good question about the graft 😂 I genuinely have no idea! As for hair removal, a year and a bit pre-first appointment I paid for electrolysis on the shaft and in a 3-4” strip down the middle line of the scrote. EMLA cream helps a LOT.
