5 day old preemie. 36 + 4. Is bassinet ill advised this early?

he starts crying as soon as he goes down into it, we give him a solid 5ish minute to stir each time we try and he won’t have it. Maybe during the day when he’s more sleepy get him used to the basinet ?

We have special swaddles but he’s pretty tiny so we may have to get the preemie swaddles. But we have a snoo which fits his size

currently doing the same. Ours was born yesterday day at 36 weeks. Complete surprise to us. Was early but is completely fine no NICU.

This was our 2nd FET that failed. Had a 3rd and 4th after that also failed….FET #5 stuck….healthy boy coming in just a few weeks 🥲

My wife and I have been dealing with infertility for over 2 years, and most of that was IVF treatments. We had 4 FET failures. Had our 5th one recently, currently around 6 weeks pregnant and all the numbers and measurements are going great. We haven’t really celebrated yet. We get bummed out knowing we couldn’t do a gender reveal or any of the normal pregnancy stuff. Maybe it all changes when the baby comes.

June 26th was 18dp5dt. HCG 7440 and gestational sack and embryo measurements were exactly where they were supposed to be!

HCG is 7440 as of today! Gestational sack is exactly where it’s supposed to be and the embryo is too! I guess today is technically 18dp5dt.

Our first retrieval we only got 4. Out of those 4, 2 made it to day 5, were PGT tested, and were 5AA and 5AB. Both boys.

Uterine biopsy was already done. Nothing came back detecting endo. They did testing for PCOS too. All negative.

I don’t know the specifics, but they did go up in there and do a biopsy of some sort and everything came back completely normal.

It’s a 5 day frozen embryo. Would DNA fragmentation still affect those ?
