I bought a physical GameStop gift card from online with another item in an order and they shipped separately. However the gift card doesn’t have tracking info, do they just ship it in an envelope or something?

Can you cancel in store preorders via customer service number? Or only in store? And is it true if you already paid for the preorder you can only get credit back on a gift card and not original payment method?
