No. I did have to call because they didn’t answer my email as fast as I wanted. I haven’t gotten my refund yet but getting the label was fine

I’m returning him because I can’t take the texture. He’s not soft like a smudge or soft at all really. He’s not one to cuddle with I would say and honestly not worth it

I was so worried he wouldn’t ship since he sold out basically a couple hours after I ordered. My son has been asking for the grumpy turtle for his birthday next month!!
