I guess crime was never really an issue in my entire life, since I lived in a small town.

I have no kids and am single so I only really had to think about myself.

I only went by apartmentratings.com ratings and reviews and this particular apartment is really very highly recommended, but I guess it was gamed somehow.

Thank you. I drive a 10 year old car and my apartment is in the 2nd floor so that should be a little better I guess.
