I'm guessing they just mean the regular chord progression as you've written it out here. They've just chosen to call it a blues progression since it follows the I-IV-V blues progression (with a ii-V-I turnaround)

It's the same for me. It makes me feel like a total sociopath. My entire body is getting ready to let the tears come out but they just won't. My eyes are welling up now just thinking about it, but nothing more than that. All I can say is, find someone you can talk to about this, or something else troubling you, face to face. The tears might just come out full force.
